Group coaching. A new experience and very inspiring and rewarding to take the step forward together with a group of five people. Different aspects need to be taken into account. We came to understand the reasons for the conflict that arose. To take into account and be aware of each individual in the group. Let everyone have the opportunity to speak. Asking questions and being sensitive about their feelings and experiences. To analyze the dynamics within the group. What relationships and patterns contribute to the conflict? How does it affect the overall group dynamics? This is a taster. A fantastic experience creating a structured coaching process that made it possible for me to help the group navigate through the conflict and build a healthy work environment.
