Resilience in School Promoting and Training Well-being


I finally got my very own book "Resilience in the school, promote and train well-being" by the author Kristina Bähr. I have finished reading the book. Do you know what resilience means? Resilience can be described as the ability to brush oneself off and get back on one's feet after a fall, to recover emotionally from external pressure, or to bounce back to a forward-looking position again after difficulties and setbacks. The book's ambition is to inspire river health teams and individual teachers to start exploring and using exercises to strengthen students' emotional competence and resilience. The aim is to increase awareness of the benefits of resilience, and to give suggestions for concrete tools and exercises. And there are many great exercises.
